Vision For Casa de Niños Frank Gonzales A.C.

The vision for Casa de Niños is God will use those called here and those called to go out from here to touch the world through demonstrating the gospel of Jesus Christ serving and loving others.

The primary function is to train up children in the way they should go so that they can go into the world and be strong and productive servants of God. It is our desire and purpose that the children and people coming here can be touched by God through the teaching of the Holy Spirit, Word of God, and the reflection of his love shining from the lives of his servants in this place. With all of our hearts we believe that God will send from here leaders, Pastors, servants of God to all parts of the world. People coming here will be touched and changed by God. We are determined to reach this and the following goals and vision that God has put in us.

1. Homes for Children:

Weather it be poor eating habits, respecting others, improper moral standards, etc. A family is the environment needed for them. We need to teach by showing them many things so that they can develop and mature in the way that they should. To be a light and example is our mission to them and also our goal for their lives.

2. School:

Education will open the door for children to use the gifts that God has given them. Children will learn from whatever environment they are in good or bad. It is the parents responsibility to provide a good healthy environment. We want to see children with a hunger to learn, but in the right environment. For this reason we believe that God has raised up a school here. To equip, teach and demonstrate. It is our responsibility to teach reading and writing and to demonstrate right and wrong. In short we want to establish in these children roots for making right decisions, and the understanding of practical things. We depend in God to guide us in the growth of our school.

3. Pastor:

4. Bible school:

In this day and age of bad & evil influence we need to know God’s word. God’s word is what enables us to choose what is right. It needs to be engrained in our lives so we live by the word of God. God wants his children to grow in understanding of his word. To understand and know who they are in the kingdom of God, and to know and walk in the blessings of God. There is no greater knowledge than this. For this reason there should be great focus on His word. "Oh the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!" Rom.11:33

5. Music:

Music touches everyone. "A song in the heart helps keeps the heart from becoming dry." Every culture every place has music even the forests are filled with a song. Music can heal a wounded spirit. We want to give those gifted in music a way to grow in their gifting and to minister to others through this talent. Leading worship times, making children’s tapes, playing in a band or just for personal enjoyment.

6. Outreach ministry:

We need to give to the world from the riches that we have received. "A heart that only receives is a heart that will soon become cold". A flowing river affects many more persons than a pool of water that has no inlet or outlet. God has blessed us tremendously (inlet), we need to pass the blessing along to others (outlet). To develop ways to show and demonstrate the goodness of God, the riches of his salvation and the sweetness of his love. Using music, drama, testimonies, witnessing, clowning, sharing and giving, etc. Meeting physical needs to have the opportunity to share the ultimate gift. Getting the word out! Helping to remove obstacles between lost man and God. Doing the work that He has called us all to do.

7. Ranch:

A place for troubled teen boys where they can be away from the influences of the world that has brought turmoil into their lives. We want to have a place far from the city in the mountains and woods where the teen boys would live for a period of time learning and growing from the word in real and practical ways. Teaching the boys work habits, respect, obedience and most of all that God loves them. Being too close to that which has you trapped or bound up makes it in some cases too hard to resist and too hard to grow or change. To have a strong established family and helpers living and working in this place to create the atmosphere of God’s love that is so needed in these lives. This is the transforming power that will make the difference in their lives.

8. Mothers:

There are many many mothers here that are on their own trying to raise their children. Pray for the fathers to be responsible and to do their part. Many mothers come to us and ask us to take their children so that they can work. We don’t want to separate families but want to find ways to help them help themselves. Teaching skills, helping set up a small business, finding funds to build a small secure home. Little effort many times can accomplish much blessing. Often that little extra from someone that cares is all they need to raise up confidence within themselves and go forward in life.

9. Farm:

This is such an important part. Giving children the opportunity to work with gardening and caring for farm animals or riding a horse, can be a very powerful tool in shaping their lives. Healing for a child that has not been able to develop normally. To grow food for our needs is a good way to learn to responsibility; being a part in providing for our big family will give feelings of importance. Having this farm close enough would be important to make frequent visits possible for our children.

10. Workshops:

A feeling that you can not do anything or can't provide for your family is a weighing feeling that affects too many people. A child needs to begin to develop interests and skills early to build much needed confidence in their lives. Having workshops to give the children and teens practical knowledge and skills; sewing, welding, mechanics, computer, woodworking etc. is very important. Also these workshops could be used to teach parents skills that would enable them to support their family. Children could learn to make things to bless others.

11. Medical clinic:

If the body hurts too much the mind or heart are not able to receive. To offer basic services to those in need can open the heart to what they really need. This can be a good opportunity share the gospel of Jesus Christ to a needy world. To provide proper care for the children here.

12. Trailer:

We need the resources that the body of Christ has to offer. One way is to have a place to park a motor home or travel trailer so a person with time, skill and a willing heart could come and serve the Lord here for a period of time. Many persons look for opportunities like this.

Helping children in a home environment to grow and develop the way God intended. Helping, encouraging and giving hope. We want to be God’s helping and loving hands. To equip the mind and heart by demonstrating God’s word. Planting the word of God in lives so that those lives can be a positive force in society. Giving rather than just receiving. Being a light to our community, city, government, Mexico and the world.
